Say hello to Australia-kun!
Australia-kun is not a very old country, by most people's reckoning, but he certainly has all the quirks of one. Most notably, split personality disorder - when he is wearing his hat, he is Rural Australia; and when he isn't, he is Urban Australia.
Rural Australia is more conservative, but also more casual - he uses more slang, particularly rhyming slang; he is more relaxed in his dress; and he is more prone to emotional outbursts.
Urban Australia is more liberal, but more formal. He uses slang, but less than his alter ego, and is generally better at explaining what it means; he's better at following orders [but still not that good]; and he is in slightly better control of his emotions.

Australia-kun is inspired by the webcomic/manga/anime Axis Powers Hetalia. I have no idea who owns it. This version of Australia is all mine though. Mine, mine, mine.
